Vadim Borovikh was born in 1960 in the city called Perm (Soviet Union).
- 1980-1982 he worked as a woodincrustator for the Novgorod furniture plant.
- 1882-1987 he studied in Art-Graphical Faculty at the Leningrad(now St.-Petersburg, Russia) Pedogogical University.
- Since 1993 he is an independent artist. Now he works in Art Studio in Regional Center of Creative Art in The Great Novgorod.
The artist had exhibition his works in the galleries of following cities:
- The Great Novgorod (Russia),
- Tichvin (Russia),
- Kirovsk (Russia),
- Zost (Germany)
He also participated in the Festival of Folk Art in Finland.
His works were acquired by private collectors from Russia, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Finland, Norway and many others countries.
